The server didn't announce the dish and give the dish to the right person. He just put the dishes on the table on the opposite side of the guests and left. Pho didn't have jalapeño. Overall, the foods is tasty.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Vietnamese food. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with their friendly and attentive service. The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a warm atmosphere that made it a great place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. The food was outstanding. I ordered a combination plate with grilled pork, sausage, rice, and a sunny-side-up egg, along with a bowl of pho. Everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The grilled pork was tender and smoky, the sausage was juicy, and the egg added the perfect finishing touch to the rice. The pho was equally impressive, featuring a rich and aromatic broth that tasted like it had been simmering for hours. The noodles were fresh, the beef was tender, and the fresh herbs and bean sprouts made the dish even more enjoyable. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. Every dish arrived fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with authentic flavors. Overall, this restaurant exceeded my expectations. Great food, ex

We used to love Thai Son because the food was consistently good, but unfortunately the service has declined significantly. During our recent visit, our server rarely checked on us. We had to repeatedly ask for missing silverware, and after taking our order, no one came back to see if we needed anything or if our meal was satisfactory. Several staff members were standing around the corner just talking, yet we constantly had to flag someone down for assistance. To make matters worse, some of the plates appeared dirty and the teapot had visible stains. It’s disappointing because the food itself was still very good, but the service experience completely overshadowed it. There are many newer Vietnamese restaurants in the area providing both good food and attentive service. Sadly, after this experience, we won’t be returning. When service is this poor, it’s hard to feel good about leaving a tip but still, we are obliged to. I hope management addresses these issues because this restaurant used to be one of our favorites.

Food was good. Flavorful and hot. It came out fast. The Pho arrived before our spring roll. I inquired about that after about halfway through the PHO meal and was told it would come soon. When it came we realized this is not what we ordered. I told the server that and she said that was what you ordered. Okay- even if it was. (My husband may have made a mistake) I wasn’t actually listening to him ordering it so it’s possible! At any rate instead of being understanding or listening to what we wanted the server insisted we eat what was sent to us. She was very mean and stern like an old grandma making you eat your food. The thing is, we would’ve paid for what we actually wanted or thought we ordered. Nobody was trying to get something for frees we just wanted what we thought we ordered. She wouldn’t take it back- and kept saying “try it” it’s out number one ordered kind. So my husband did and he enjoyed it. I tried half of one and it was good. Unfortunately I had already ate most of my pho so wasn’t hungry. My husband likes this place, I was disappointed in the customer service. I’m middle aged, and I expect to be treated like a paying customer and not some child being “encouraged” or

In winter, nothing beats a steaming bowl of noodles. Thai son's stone pot beef is a perfect choice. By the time we finished the noodles, the soup was still very hot. The owner didn't cut corners; the quality of the beef was excellent. Their chili is very spicy. If you're not a big fan of spicy food, please don't try too much. 12-15-2025
